RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS
1. Our policy allows for returns on items that are defective or damaged.
2. We offer returns only on products that do not meet quality standards or arrive in a damaged condition.
3.The jewelry cleaner must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation or a picture may be required.
5. Returns are accepted within a certain timeframe (e.g. 14 days) from the date of purchase.
6. Refunds may be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
7. We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees may apply.
8.Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.

- **Domestic USA**: Standard (3-5 days) or Priority (1-3 days).
- **International**: We ship to Canada and the UK. Please note that orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Please note shippings to Canada & The UK, actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.
**Same Day Fulfillment:**
- We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. However, please be aware that orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We will require reasonable proof of the damage, and upon verification, we will provide a full refund or facilitate a return.
**Subscription cancellations:**
- If you need to cancel your subscription, please submit your cancellation request via email 14 days before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
**Lost or Stolen Packages:**
- Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we have no control over its delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly and providing them with your tracking number.
